Jessica is a CPT, CNC, Strong Formula Certified and C.O.B.R.A. Self-Defense Instructor. Jessica started her coaching business in 2020 focusing on teaching women in their 40's+ how to combat menopausal weight gain and low body confidence to create the body and life they always dreamed of.
Jessica's personal experience with unheal has contributed to her passion in helping women develop long term, sustainable habits that create healthy lifestyles and amazing physiques. As a woman in her 40's who experienced menopause at an early age (39), she understands the challenges, both mentally and physically, of seeing and feeling our body and health change. Being able to connect with other women and show them that they don't have to settle for anything less than what makes them feel confident and beautiful has been a blessing to her.
Jessica is a Christian who is firm in her faith, a mom of 3 adult daughters, a dog mom and fosters kittens for a local rescue group.
