JESSICA HANSEN

Hi ladies!  I would like to take a minute to share with you my own personal journey and why I became so passionate about helping women over 40 create bodies that will serve them well for the next 40.  

Being a slender sized kid growing up, I never had to worry about my weight.  And because I didn't worry about my weight, I didn't worry about my nutrition.  All of that was good and well until I hit about 39 years of age.  My body entered into menopause I was thrown for a loop!  I gained weight in areas that were, let's just say, UNWANTED, I became moody, frustrated and downright miserable.  

I knew I couldn't, and wouldn't live like this so I began educating myself on how and why exercise combined with proper nutrition affects not only how our body looks on the outside, but how it operates on the inside.

WHAT IS J FIT ONLINE COACHING?

J FIT takes women over 40 through 16 weeks of fitness and nutrition programming to burn fat, build muscle and create a body that functions at it's peak.  And that's just the start.  My goal is to help you build a strong foundation for an active life over 40.  

Post 40, as you know, is very different than pre-40.  As women, your bodies are going through all kinds of changes during this period.  Not only are you likely experiencing some weight gain, but also moodiness, frustration, hot flashes, sleeplessness, irritability and even depression.  That's ok though because you are HERE and I am going to share everything I know with you so that you (we) can forge through and come out better, stronger, healthier and happier.  How does that sound?  Oh!  And the best part is, we are going to do it without...

  • CRAZY CARDIO SESSIONS

  • HOURS AT THE GYM

  • ELIMINATING CARBS (or any food groups for that matter!)

  • SACRIFICING YOUR TIME WITH FAMILY OR ENJOYING WHAT YOU LOVE

  • OVERWHELMING AND UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS

Here's how we do this...

FITNESS

Once you become a client, I get to work on your custom fitness program based on your goals, current level of fitness, access to equipment and overall lifestyle.  My goal is to give you the best possible workout to burn fat and build lean muscle in the shortest amount of time.  Think 45 minute sessions!

NUTRITION

Then I go to work on your nutrition program; recommending calorie and macro guidelines to accelerate your fat loss and create that desirable lean physique.  You will also have a recommended nutrition plan with food sub calculator for ultimate flexibility.  Once those two components are created, you will gain access to the STRONG Fitness app where you will find everything you need for the next 12 weeks. 

SUCCESS

Your 16 week success path is created for you to achieve ultimate results through mini-goals and to-do's to keep you on track and successful with proper exercise form, eating out while staying on plan, enjoying "free" meals, and other stepping stones you will encounter in order to create a lifestyle of healthy living.  This too will be found in your personal STRONG Fitness program.

CHECK-INS 

As your personal coach, it is my job to walk by your side through this.  Every week, you will send me your bi-weekly forms (dietary adherence, biofeedback, progress info) for review to ensure your program is working for you (and you are working for your program).  This is not a here ya' go plan and then I wash my hands.  Sometimes things need to be tweaked or navigated due to family issues, travelling, illness, etc.  and that's my job as your coach...to help you with those times.  Not only am I here for you during check-ins, you will have access to me via messaging anytime during normal business hours through the J FIT App for additional support!

COMMUNITY

Did you know that women are more likely to be successful at losing weight if they are part of a supportive community?  That is why this component of J FIT is so important.  As a client, you will be invited into my private Facebook Group of other women who are focused on improving their health through their journeys.  There, you will find support, guidance, advice, recipes, and more exclusive J FIT tips and tricks for building muscle and losing fat over 40.

RESULTS

This is why you're here, right?  You're commitment (notice I didn't say perfection?) to yourself and my commitment to you is the secret sauce to amazing results.  Picture your ultimate goal...close your eyes and visualize it.  What does it look like, feel like, smell like, taste like?  Is it an outfit you want to fit back into?  A size goal?  Mobility goal?  Playing with your grandkids without pain, stiffness and low energy?  Whatever your dream desire is, you CAN achieve it.  So, are you ready to do this?
